POLICIES
Payments:
Half of the purchase price is due at time of order. All sales are final. There will be an overdraft fee of $35.00 for all returned checks.
Consultations:
All consultations start with one hour. Starting consultation fee begins at $50.00 and all consultation fees are applied to your service order.
Consultation Cancellations:
If cancelling a consultation appointment, 24 hours notice is required.
Arrangement Orders:
All turnaround times vary per silk & artificial arrangement/arrangements. All turnaround times are provided per order.
Due to the nature of the custom designs of Latrell Flowers, each custom designed flower will show variations but is equally as beautiful.
Fresh Flower Arrangements:
For all fresh flower in-store orders, twenty four hours notice is required to fulfill the order. Completion times vary per order.
Outsourcing:
Depending on our volume, delivery day and or type of arrangement, some of our flowers may be outsourced.

A local delivery fee of $15.00 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)
U.S. orders must be received before noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
We will be happy to accept your international orders by calling our shop and speaking with a team member. We do not accept international orders over the Internet.
All Holidays that our shop will be closed: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
On occasion, substitutions may be required in order to create your floral arrangement due to the availability of certain flowers. We make every effort and use flowers of equal value to achieve the style, theme and closely related color scheme of the arrangement.
Due to increased demand, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary. This is most prevalent during major Holidays.
